Karry, Director of the Business Education and Resource Center, is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in accounting and bookkeeping. With a career spanning over 20 years, Karry has been a driving force in guiding startup companies through financial complexities, ensuring a solid foundation for success.
Beyond individual consultation, she actively contributes to the business community by serving on various boards. A passionate advocate for business education, Karry spearheads initiatives to empower entrepreneurs through workshops and seminars. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning, positioning the Business Education and Resource Center as a catalyst for informed and thriving businesses.
Talia Hansen
BEAR Center Program Development
Talia moved to Southeastern Utah a few years ago, falling in love with the area and the opportunity to live her passion for bringing equitable services to underserved communities. Talia brings a unique background and extensive experience. As a Business Consultant for the SBA, SBDC, and the Women's Business Center of Utah, she has helped hundreds of small businesses through business consulting, grant writing, digital media services, and graphic design.
She develops curriculum and instructs classes, workshops, conference breakout sessions, leadership and team building, grant writing, business, branding, marketing, and financial concepts, empowering business owners to make informed decisions. Her diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to her community make her a valuable asset to any organization. Talia is excited to continue her work in Southeastern Utah.
The BEAR Center is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status. Donations may not be tax-deductible until approval.
