Our mission is to empower individuals with essential skills to succeed in business or work for local companies and provide a hub for mentorship and support, enhancing the success of small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to bridge the knowledge gap, promote equity, and build a prosperous society for all community members.

We also support workforce development education opportunities, ensuring individuals have the skills and training necessary to thrive in the modern job market.
